ENTER CONTEST

TLOUPAS PATH – Photography Award of Thessaly's Heritage is an international photography competition and festival based in Larissa, Greece, honouring the legacy of the celebrated Greek photographer Takis Tloupas. The competition explores the enduring relationship between humanity and its environment, inviting photographers to look closely at the landscapes, communities and quiet moments that shape a place and its people.

The theme for this edition is "Renaissance". In an era defined by challenges, the competition seeks images of transition, resilience and hope – photographs that show how the human gaze can give birth to a new perspective out of crisis. Drawing inspiration from Tloupas's humanist vision, participants are encouraged to capture whatever insists on being reborn: places recovering, traditions renewed, and everyday life quietly beginning again.

The competition is open to professional and amateur photographers from all over the world, aged 18 and over. Each participant may submit from three to five photographs. Entries must be the entrant's own original work, submitted in JPEG/JPG format, ideally in the sRGB colour profile, with the long side measuring at least 1920 pixels and each file no larger than 5 MB. Basic corrections such as brightness, contrast and cropping are allowed; the addition or removal of elements, and images generated with Artificial Intelligence tools, are not permitted. To ensure impartial and anonymous judging, images must not carry watermarks, signatures or logos. Organised under the auspices of the Region of Thessaly and co-financed by the European Union, TLOUPAS PATH aims to build a lasting international platform celebrating photography and cultural heritage.
