Enter the ABSURIA Competition at the International Festival of Abstract and Surrealist Photography in Tours, France.
More than 100 photographs will be selected for exhibition as part of the ABSURIA Festival between May and September 2027. The exhibition venues are located throughout the city of Tours, the capital of the Touraine region in France.

Photographer of the Year Awards in the categories of Professional and Amateur Abstraction and Surrealism: First, Second, and Third Place in each category.

Eligibility:
ABSURIA Awards competition is open to all Photographers: Amateur and Professional from all over the world. Anyone over 18 years of age can enter the competition.
Copyrights & Usage Rights:
The right of reproduction is limited to communication by ABSURIA and its partners (press releases, publications on the website, publications on social networks, all types and media of ABSURIA communication, etc.) worldwide. Each publication must be accompanied by the artist’s name and, if technically possible, the URL of their website or Instagram or Facebook page.
No work may be marketed directly by ABSURIA without the express authorization of the artist. Only the exhibition catalog/book may be marketed by ABSURIA, respecting all information related to the authors of the published photographs.
The proceeds from this sale will be used to finance the festival. The works on display cannot be sold by ABSURIA. They are merely reproductions printed at the expense of the ABSURIA association. Artists may collect them; otherwise, they will be destroyed. (Rules of the Union of French Professional Photographers)
