The fifth anniversary of the internationally successful Ashurst Emerging Artist Prize is open for entries. To celebrate the fifth anniversary the prize has added a Photography Award and a New Enter before the 25 November and receive practical feedback on your application (overall deadline 10 February). We are a prize that focuses on supporting not just winners but all artists involved.

With support from Fuji and Genesis Imaging The Ashurst Emerging Artist Prize are excited to launch a brand new Photography Award currently open for entries. The Award is not themed but is looking for emerging photographers who are exploring interesting and relevant ideas in a unique way, either through a project or single image. With a focus on bringing photography into the mainstream art world, and giving the medium an equal voice under the prize all Photography Award entrants are still eligible for both the Overall and Employees Choice Awards.
