The Chromatic Awards 2026 proudly announce the opening of submissions for the 10th anniversary edition of this internationally recognized photographic competition dedicated exclusively to color photography. Celebrating a decade of creativity, the Chromatic Awards continue to honor the artists who use color as a powerful language to tell stories, evoke emotion, and shape visual culture.

Professional and amateur photographers from every corner of the world are invited to participate and submit their work across 20 carefully curated categories, divided into Professional and Amateur sections. This structure ensures a diverse and inclusive platform for photographers working in different styles, genres, and stages of their creative journey.

Winners in each category, along with Honorable Mentions, will be recognized with downloadable certificates of achievement and official Chromatic Awards badges, acknowledging their excellence and artistic contribution. Selected works will join a growing archive of outstanding color photography showcased by the competition over the past ten years.

The mission of the Chromatic Awards is to support and inspire photographers by offering them a global stage to share their passion, vision, and stories. Through this platform, the competition aims to promote exceptional talent worldwide while continuing to discover and elevate new and emerging voices in contemporary photography.

The international scope of the Chromatic Awards and the recognition granted to its winners offer far more than portfolio enrichment. Awarded photographers gain increased visibility within the global art scene and attract attention from industry professionals, media outlets, and publications worldwide.

Winning entries, honored with Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in each category, will be showcased in the Gallery of Winners as well as published in the Official Chromatic Awards Book, becoming part of the competition’s permanent legacy. In addition, all awarded photographers will receive official winner badges and certificates, granting them the right to publicly acknowledge their achievement across personal websites, portfolios, exhibitions, and promotional materials.

Beyond recognition and exposure, the Chromatic Awards also provide monetary prizes. The overall Professional Winner will receive a cash prize of $2,000, while the Amateur Winner will be awarded $1,000, in addition to the international media exposure and promotional benefits associated with the competition.
