Now celebrating its 9th edition, over the years the FIBA Photo Contest has become a space for all basketball fans to express their love for the game and to illustrate the impact it has on many lives.
This year's theme is "Dream Team":
Basketball isn't just about the final score, it's about the moments in between.
The high-fives after a good play, the pep talks in the huddle, the shared laughs on the bench, the hand that pulls you up when you’re down, and the unbreakable bonds that form on and off the court.
The FIBA Photo Contest 2025 celebrates what makes a team more than just a group of players: it celebrates the Dream Team.
Whether it's your childhood crew at the local court, a tight-knit school team, or your weekend warriors who’ve become family, we want to see the heart that beats behind the hustle.

Prizes:
1st prize: 2.500 CHF in photography equipment; travel & accommodation to be official photographer of FIBA Open 2026, (biggest 3x3 grassroot tournament in Switzerland); publication in the FIBA Photo Book and FIBA social media channels; diploma
2nd prize: 1.500 CHF in photography equipment; publication in FIBA Photo Book and FIBA social media channels; diploma
3rd prize: 1.000 CHF in photography equipment; publication in FIBA Photo Book and FIBA social media channels; diploma
Eligibility:
Open to everyone, both professional and amateur photographers.
Copyrights & Usage Rights:
By their participation, participants irrevocably grant the perpetual rights of their photographs to the FIBA Foundation/FIBA. They explicitly authorise the FIBA Foundation/FIBA to use, exploit, reproduce or transfer their photos freely, without further notification, authorization, or compensation. The FIBA Foundation/FIBA can thus freely dispose of the photos, in particular for commercial or promotional purposes, without the participants being able to claim any compensation. Participants agree that their photos will be exhibited at the House of Basketball, the world headquarters of FIBA.
