The Maghreb Photography Awards competition is back in force in a new edition with a BIG CASH PRIZE and two big news for participating photographers.
New Prize Awarded (Free Participation*)
So to give a boost to photographers from the Maghreb, the competition management has decided to make it free for all photographers native and residents of the Maghreb. The latter will therefore be able to send an application without paying registration fees and thus compete for free in the category of « Emerging talent from the Maghreb ».
New Partnership
For other photographers, we are also pleased to announce that we have entered into a key partnership with the prestigious African biennial « Bamako photo meetings ». This major renowned event will do us the honor of exhibiting this year not only the 3 grand prize winners but also the special mentions of our two simple and series categories. The finalists will see their work projected on a 4k screen also during the biennial.
We remind you that the MPA is a competition open to all photographers who have work initiated in the geographic region of the Maghreb or around the theme of the Maghreb. For photographers who have never had the chance to visit Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia… It should be noted that for several editions we have also awarded the « Best photo project outside the Maghreb ». This is what now gives this competition an international dimension. Photographers from around the world at your cameras. So don't miss this unique opportunity to be a winner of our competition.
