
Purple 2025 International Photography Exhibition

The Glasgow Gallery of Photography is running an exhibition in December called Purple.
This is the third part of our secondary colour series, in which we ask photographers to submit images that focus on one of the secondary colours. For this exhibition the focus will be on the colour Purple. We want to see images that really showcase the colour purple in your photography, whether that is in nature or an urban setting, in a portrait or still life, any style/genre of photography is welcome as long as it fits the theme of Purple.
Purple is an open call for photographers to submit up to 8 images.
Photographers who are selected will have their work displayed in our gallery, with their work also appearing online in an online gallery on our website.

Photographers who are selected will have their work displayed in a 3 week long exhibition in our gallery, with their work also appearing online in an online gallery on our website.
All participants that are selected to take part in the exhibition will receive a digital certificate of participation and will also be put forward for a chance to be named Photographer of the Month

Copyrights & Usage Rights:
The copyright of the Works during and after the exhibition remains with the Artist.
GGOP does not have the right to make use of or bestow the high definition files or the prints of the Works that will be used for the realisation of the exhibition.
Artists grant GGOP the right to use their images to promote the exhibition, for display GGOP webpage and for inclusion on Instagram, twitter and Facebook.
The GGOP reserves the right to print your image in a size and on paper type to a style in keeping of the exhibition it is entered into.
